Outdoor Skills Workshop for Educators, July 17 & 18, 8 AM to 5 PM, Andy Dalton Outdoor Education Center. This training is put on by the Missouri Department of Conservation at their outdoor facility. Contact Greg Collier 895-6880 for more information. Sounds like perfect training for any den leader, especially Webelos. And it sounds fun, too.
Pack Committee Annual Program Planning Conference, July 8, 1:30 (SEAS)
Woodbadge for the 21st Century Training. September 7, 8, 9 and 21, 22, 23 (must attend all dates). This is leadership training that goes beyond scouting! Highly recommended by course graduates. See the cubmaster for more info.
WOW Training (National Outdoor Recreation and Conservation) Oct. 5-7, Roaring River. The cubmaster plans to attend. Let him know if you would like to go as well. All kinds of outdoor skills, from map and compass, to dutch oven cooking, to stream study. Many different courses. You will camp out all days.

2008 Cub Scout & Webelo Residence Camps. Reservations begin October 2007. Deadline to sign up is May 2008. Sessions begin June 8, and run through July 1, 2008. The theme will be "Pirates." Webelo camps are July 6-10 and July 13-17, 2008.
